To me, the wheel never touched the corner of the tooth, and I agree with @Wilhelm, you went low into the gullet, going too low into the gullet hurts performance, makes the chain more grabby and robs power to do so
I got Stihl RM from Sondre, I think I made some test cuts - I do not recall whether I liked it or not.
Could try the thinner 1/8” wheel with 40-45° of tilt from vertical
