This pump had two threaded push bolt holes. Screwed the lower handle screws in and used an 8mm socket. Popped right off.
Then I made a puller out of a 3/4 x 1/2" pipe reducer, 3/4 coupling, and pipe plug drilled and tapped to 3/8"-16.
Screwed a bolt in that and pulled the pump gear.

Does someone make a rebuild kit for this 262XP 48 mm that uses a meteor p&c? Was hoping to find a kit that has gasket, crank bearings and seals, cylinder and piston.
I can find some on eBay, but no meteor parts yet.

Didnt give credit for that, though it was 1/2" npt instead of 3/4" npt.

What is the single ring piston people r referring to in the 162/630 swap from thin rings?
48mm. She has a lil cracksky did meteor make a thin ring from the factory for husky? I figured this would be a Mahle piston?

Anybody got PN’s for the 162se metal tank AVs? Fine thread, 4 lil on back and 2 big on front. I checked parts tree and an IPL and it doesnt show a metAl tank version. Or where abouts a fella can pick up a good used set? Id/we still like PNs though for our brains

Meteor makes both styles, the super 2 piston is full window.

If you have an extra set of case bolts laying around use those to pull everything off the oil pump. That's what I do.
