You will have to gently work it off prying one side at a time. Those washers are a very tight fit on the shaft.

What a good idea on the puller! This pump had two threaded push bolt holes. Screwed the lower handle screws in and used an 8mm socket. Popped right off.
Then I made a puller out of a 3/4 x 1/2" pipe reducer, 3/4 coupling, and pipe plug drilled and tapped to 3/8"-16.
Screwed a bolt in that and pulled the pump gear.View attachment 308607 View attachment 308608

Do they make them in a Meteor? The 630 Super 2 windowed piston is what you want.

Meteor makes both styles, the super 2 piston is full window.Do they make them in a Meteor?
Or OEM ONLY?
Is that a full circle piston like mine or full window?
If you have an extra set of case bolts laying around use those to pull everything off the oil pump. That's what I do.Quick question.
This thread is a little more active, so I'm asking here.
Got a 262XP I'm taking apart to put crank seals(probably bearings too) in.
How does the oiler pump drive come off?View attachment 308228
