I've been dropping tree's for a neighbor found a nail this time lol

I put a brand new motor on my sons rc car he just got. Was supposed to be on perfect running codition bit motor was toas.
Then i decided to do a little experiment and see if i could figure out why so much water comes into my sump pit and found my problem. Neighbors catxh bason is plugged sollid so i put some food color down and got this.

Bragged on that Cub Cadet to soon. Busted a tierod end(had a spare on hand). Then the deck belt give out. No spare. Still got dang near all the grass cut.

Don't feel too bad, I threw a rod through the block in mine. My fault, however, who knew those things need oil?

KT-17 ? I have a 782 here that came to me that way. My 682 you have to watch like a hawk. But all it does is run the rototiller. The 782 I cut grass with has a Magnum 18 replacement engine. Now that's sweet.

Yesterday I:

1) Trimmed the hedges around my house


2) Dug in three acacia/locust posts


Today I refilled my printers color cartridge.
All magenta and some yellow nozzles were dried up/plugged, but they flushed free nicely.
My printer didn't throw me a curve ball this time, occasionally it rejects a cartridge that got reinserted multiple times.

Cut, split, and stacked about 2 cord yesterday for my brother. Have about the same by my cabin but we ran out of gas (not petro) Lol. It was a great day spent with my brother, his son in law, 4 of my grand kids, and a friend Dave!

Been watching a blow down in an elderly woman's yard. I drove by again today and saw a guy trying to hack at it with a MS 180 that had seen better days. I happened to have my saws so I offered my assistance. Ended up getting a full load of what im guessing is ash. The Makita 6421 powered through it getting compliments from the landowner and neighbors[emoji106]

After an all day and night drive between Georgia and Connecticut, I ate Mother's day dinner with two of the three kids and Groundi. Third kid is arriving into town tomorrow from where he's stationed in Europe. So we'll all be here for the youngest son's graduation from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy on Wednesday...

I'm going to be here until Fri am. Got family here from MI and Germany and events off and on throughout the days so doubt I could get away without political ramifications...
The graduation is tomorrow and President Trump is the speaker so that's going to be a logistical fiasco.
We were up at the Mohegan Sun last night for the graduation ball and banquet. I'm staying about a 4 minute walk from the academy so if you get into this area let me know and we'll connect.

Yesterday afternoon was spent cleaning up these heads, re-profiling several of them, and putting a nice edge on all of them. They are all vintage Plumbs. The three on the left are all National patterns, top right is a Puget Sound, Rockaway, Jersey, carpenters hatchets, and a hewing hatchet.
