Nope, not the first rental. We own 6 houses (not counting the one we live in) and four are rented out. One we're planning on selling and this one we've just gotten started on.Is this your first rental? If so you are in for a great ride. Lots of fun despite the guys and gals that want to be negative me included many times. My wife just got a message tonight that said a renter had turned the horses into the front yard. It is BS as the renter had not though
You work in a radiology department?Completed my clinicals for MRI!! Now pass the boards and a hefty pay increase!! Maybe after the summer though. Came home and sold a saw. Lifes good today!

Sunsabishes ate through the fan wires in my minty 500 sportsman last summer. Intermittent cooling problems. Got lucky and found it right away though
The owner of that bike had second thoughts. We were looking at the possibility of a replacement wiring harness. He's probably going to sell as is or part for a loss.Sunsabishes ate through the fan wires in my minty 500 sportsman last summer. Intermittent cooling problems. Yeah, Shock Trauma in Baltimore. Xray and OR tech. The shooting capital of the modern world!! Lol
It is...I thought that was Chicago? Lol
i spent alot of time on a 1960 case vac good little tractor other than brakes
Sold one of my three tractors today. I can get by with two for my 3 acres. (plus a Bobcat of course....) It was an old Case VAC which I rarely used. Still have a couple Ford 4000 diesels.
Actually I've used a tractor on my own property very little, one with a loader I used up at the airstrip, the case vac I used to move trailers around and the other Ford 4000 I mostly mow with at my sister's horse pasture. I use the Bobcat around the place though. forks, buckets, etc.You must completely wear out the dirt and grind it into dust!
