Sounds like OP is normally quite able to do this kind of thing on his own but at the moment dealing with some health issues that prevent that.
I’d be happy to donate labor to fit whichever piston he wants to run in the saw and porting as well (his choice).
It would be nice to have a real ripper ready to go when his health comes back.
I’m in. Will help in any way I can.

Yep, nailed it to the T.
The saw is together now and im just gonna let her fly like that. Thanks for the offer.
Now i would like to find a builder 346xp in the future so i have a small saw to run. Those saws dont last long in the for sale adds, im always late to see em.
2 saw plan id be happy with, my 372, and a 346. I have summer gig thinning on private land which requires a robust high revving small saw. Loved the little 543xp i had, but a little more torque of the 346 would be nice.

Don’t forget about the 254, stock to stock it spanks a 346’s a$$ red. Weight is nearly identical...within a couple ounces.

Sounds like you need to rent a pig from Mastermind!!!!

He will tell you he doesn't rent them, but that's just for tax purposes, tell him the code word and he should be able to help out!!!

This 365 came with a stupid blue module, so true potential wont be expressed till I swap out to a black module. More money.......more money arggggggg
Did you swap to an unlimited coil or do you still need one, if you still need one , I have an extra one I will send you, just message me your address.

I wouldn’t ever log with a 395 here unless it was like consistent 3.5-4 foot hardwoods. Even then I’d probably pick a 390xp over a 395 or 661 for that matter. Milling, blocking or stumping it’s the 395 hands down. The 660/661 is kind of in between. It’s not as nimble as the 390xp, but not as big as the 395.

Good deal on the piston. And yes they are, there’s a 154se a few miles from me for sale, decent shape. But the price is a bit high...I’m waiting him out.:)
*f-word you, that's mine! I've been eyeing that for a while now. I figured I'll stop in and let you drool on it when I get it, as long as you wipe it down after. :risas3:
