I agree. I like it.
First day put tank of fuel in there it didn’t take much to get it started several pulls.
The only thing that I have noticed a couple my mornings have been really cold. It seem like it took a little more to get it started like it did not like the cold mornings were talking about 30s
I got my 592xp from srcarr52 a few weeks ago . The first start was at 16 degrees F . My saw was also a little hard to start . I'm going to try use it after work on Friday where the temp is going to be about 12 degrees F .

Oh one thing to keep an ion. And I don’t know how this works out. It was when I went to put my 28 inch bar on a Bar 91 drivers .I cannot get them on. I had to have a 92 or 93 drivers on my chain. The rims sprocket got to be an eight pin. I need to look into that tomorrow .
I have no problem with 105 drivers and the bar.
What I’m trying to say. As I did not have this problem before on my 572 or 390. With the same bar and chains.

Minus 20 degrees is when I stay home, but at minus 15 I will be out there tearing it up. Most of my saws get setup with the winter starter cover plate when I know I'm sawing at temps below zero. Every autotune and mtronic saw I've ran get real finicky when temps go negative. Heck even the 500i seems to be temperamental in very cold conditions.

I guess what I kind of meant. It is my 572 in the same temperatures behaves different than the 592. 592 seems to be more finicky it needs more pulls to get it going[. Or for example stalls more on first starts/QUOTE]

Kind of an update found out some reasons why my 28 inch chains were different. I have a Sugi
Bar it’s thicker in a belly and it’s about three-quarter inches longer than my stihl bars I attached some pictures. If you look closely the Sugi bar is behind a stihl 0F2EBF25-1031-4140-861E-575108FD6BA8.jpeg 763D4D95-ED63-40A2-B944-7622FD5F95DF.jpeg B3B29E5E-B79B-42E0-83FF-D2DB96801260.jpeg bar but it still does not answer why they worked on my 572 and Why it is tight on my 592. Seven pin Drive sprocket. On both saw Answers some of the questions but not all of them.
Temperature near 50 today it started much better.0F2EBF25-1031-4140-861E-575108FD6BA8.jpeg763D4D95-ED63-40A2-B944-7622FD5F95DF.jpegB3B29E5E-B79B-42E0-83FF-D2DB96801260.jpeg

My dumb ass just found out one of the biggest reasons why. I’ve been using a canon duralite
I just measured it to the suugi..sugi bars been hanging up not really using it until I got the 592
I just measured the two bars there’s roughly an inch difference the cannon is shorter:eek:
I will also tell you this I like the H 83 chain for Skip chain it cut smooth.

Interesting because it’s the 28 inch bar is the only one that is different. I can go to my 32s stihl, cannon , Sugi. all the same length.
28 has different driver counts between Stihl (91) and husky (93). And then to make it more confusing, the Duralite is 92. But the Duralite does seem to work well with most models using a single size chain

How about the oiler? Now I wasn't expecting it to be like the 395, but the 592 seems a little stingy with a 36" bar? The oil tank was almost totally empty after a tank of fuel.
I thought the ones I had were a little bit stingy, but we were in the middle of a cold snap as well and I never ran a whole tank through it straight without shutting it off in. Plus, my bar oil is a little bit on the thicker side

It was a warm day, the wood was ash, ash will suck the oil up, but still could be better. Though I must note, there was no chain sagging, so I suppose it was getting enough oil, I'm just used to the 395 probably.

I did shut the saw off a few times and restarted the saw when it was hot; one pull no choke, fired every time.

I've had some technical issues with my computer, so videos will be delayed unit this *s-word weather passes.

I did see a very small amount of very fine dust on the intake horn, very similar to what I see with the 572. So little you can't even see it on the paper towel.
