How many have run a 592 yet, in big wood? Ive seen a few videos mainly small bars. Looks like a great saw, headed in the right direction. I saw one decent video with 28in bars where it slightly outcut the 395. Seems the torque is there. Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to work them in big wood, if anyone has had one. Not sure availability everywhere. Be here feburary where I live I guess.

Yes they are actually here guys. Only got 4 in this order but have 20 more coming on my Spring pre season order next month. First four going to locals, (sorry Dave).

But members here should go with Bruce's fleet deal or whatever he's doing, cause I'm selling them for $1250 and not cutting deals. Bruce's pricing is based on either the one day/open house or fleet program. How it works is customer gets 20% off and Husky compensates the dealer who then makes full margin on the saw. There are additional discounts on a pre-season order up to 10% on 300 units. Any dealer can do this, and most bend the rules a little with dates and stuff, and nobody seems to care. BUT.....you gotta file a claim for every single saw to get your rebate from Husky. Lotta paperwork, and I have no desire to do it. I have a few fleet regulars and once the fleet account is set up, it's not that big a deal. I think Bruce might be better off setting up a fleet account for the members and not have to screw around with the dates of the "one day" sale.

Only explaining all that so everyone knows how it works and nobody thinks I'm a crook for charging $200 more than Bruce is.

Couple things different from the test saws I had. Front of the muffler reinforced a little. Complete redesign of the captured bar nuts; much better set up.

Turns out the side cover is essentially the same as the 572, which means any 372, 385 cover will also fit the saw.

Maybe more; haven't really gone through it yet.

So, is it better to buy a 592/85 from Bruce now even if they were to use the fleet discount because of the preseason order discount, or will the fleet discount always give a guy the same price Bruce is now offering them for? So basically, will the fleet discount price go up once the preorder discount is gone? @Gentleman

Are parts included and discounted in the fleet program? Like if I also wanted to buy the parts to swap to end up with a manual adjust carb 592, plus some other parts needed to repair broken saws I have?

Yeah that's scalping IMHO, it's occurring with all types of things right now.
Not sure it is scalping, not like the grid is down and he is selling generators for a rediculous price. Just trying to get a high price on a new to market item. He can only get that price if someone is willing to pay it. Let him choke on it. @Gentleman has good prices for anyone wanting one.

The fleet price will always be available for anyone who buys 3 or more pro saws. We'll be having 3 more one day sales between now and June and you get the same discount for one unit. The next one will be mid March.
