And figured out that 357/359 carbs can be used on 262 with a bit effort:

If I remember correct you worked with 346 for not long time ago and you work with one 262 nowadays, take a look in the threath I made and give your opinion about the idea I have. I may over seen something.

Never started or seen a drop of gas or bar oil

After messing with the float and the main feed I got it to finally start and idle without flooding.
I still have some fine tuning issues and once the chain is on it will be easier to tune hopefully.
Now on to sharping a scratcher chain.

The 357xp just came off the bench. New seals, Cylinder Clean-up, Caber rings, Auto Decomp delete, fuel line/filter, intake boot & 372 clamp, New Handle, New dogs.
