Thats just dang cool man, thanks for posting this.After messing with the float and the main feed I got it to finally start and idle without flooding.
I still have some fine tuning issues and once the chain is on it will be easier to tune hopefully.
Now on to sharping a scratcher chain.

Is that a wheel horse? Looks like good grounds for a pullerThe 357xp just came off the bench. New seals, Cylinder Clean-up, Caber rings, Auto Decomp delete, fuel line/filter, intake boot & 372 clamp, New Handle, New dogs.

I did that also. Old saw runs tip top and cylinder is immaculate. Looks like it rolled around in a truck more than it was usedTake the cover off the carb and clean out the screen
Outside bench sounds like a good idea.Finally had a day off and the weather was perfect I like to work outside and have a workbench there fixed two stihl 017s oiler on one carb on the other lines for both a 028 super fuel line and rebuilt a husqvarna 123l trimmer. the next nice day I have two husky 288s and a stihl 025 to work on.
