Tired of these short lived things on my little Echo s . They waller out prematurely, bend supper easy and I just find them difficult to work optimum for a reasonable amount of use.
What have you fellas that put significant hours on your saws found that hold up well? I hate to pay the price of Cannon but I might. Maybe Tsumura or ?

I try to avoid getting bars bent. Stihl bars have tight rail tolerances and last long, but need some mods with sharp high quality drill bits to fit and oil on Echo.

I don't know the quality of Duke's bars, but bars are one thing I think it's worth spending extra for top quality. Anything from china will likely have sloppy tolerances and uneven hardening. Some oregon bars have the rails chip. I've had rails chip on milled Archer Pro bars, and Cross performance bars (likely made by Archer), and they start out at roughly .058" on the .050 bars once the paint is worn out of the groove. Not bad as a light duty bar once a .058 chain fits in it. I won't get Acher or other chinese laminated bars as they are much worse than even Oregon.

Yes. I've got one in my cart but haven't checked out yet. Gonna wait a bit and see if they have anything else I want. I've heard good things about their chain but haven't found much about their bars yet.
I got a bar and chain back in August from him.only run about 10 tanks of gas on it so far but I like it.i'm going to order another one when I get my other project back together.

GB maybe worth looking into?

A long while ago a German webshop I got my 36" Iggesund Forest bar from had them on sale and stopped stocking them.
They were dirt cheap at the time and I was barely resisting to buy a bunch.

Just a thought.

Archerplus on Fleabay has Tsumura for very reasonable prices. I got one for my Echo CS-400 and it’s great.
And if you go directly to the Archerplus store at Archerplus.com prices are a bit better yet.
they don't need to pay the ebay listing/selling fees that way, Nice guys other there. I've been to the actual stocking warehouse to pick stuff up when needed just a little bit quicker, like 15 minutes away.

I'm REALLY liking GB stuff. They're the only guys making 3/8 lp in something longer than 18". I like the 20" bar:
