Thank you. Yes, I used a Kreg/pocket hole jig. I routered "channels/pockets" in the rear of the backrest to fit over the uprights as well as the bottom of the seat to fit down over the "legs." Hope that makes sense. The angle of the backrest took a bit of playing around with to get it comfortable. I don't have the bench, as it was a gift for someone. I'll see if I can't get over to their place this weekend (it's close by) and get some pictures, measurements, & angles for ya to go off of.

Made another shelf for my Upstate Cabin, 2" thick Red Oak stained with my home made Walnut stain (it is only good for inside stuff).

My wood has been stored outdoors for too long and it starting to get some bad spots.

This bench will go up to the cabin, near our outdoor fire place. We will sit on it in both directions.

It is Red Oak, 3" thick, 7.5' long, finished with Teak Oil.

My glass doors have not arrived yet, but I put the new gun cabinet (plywood and milled Red Oak) in the basement and it now holds my shotguns and lever action guns.

Gonna make.some boards for the new trailer. Should almost have enough after the last three boards i can get from the log. But thats it for today. Dam work gets in the way of all the fun
