@Guido Salvage Have any words of wisdom for making butcher blocks? I am planning on making an endgrain countertop in late winter. What glue do you use? Thanks much and nice work

I do not do much in the way of end grain due to the difficulty in getting anything flat. A planer is likely to kick it back at you and I do not have a router sled or a drum sander. I use Titebond 3 for glue.

A local mill has a big drum sander I was figuring to pay for, save some grief in the finishing. Been told end grain blocks are a hassle, just look so good and supposedly easier on knives.
