No one has suggested posting 75 names, 2 hrs after the draw closes. First 65 are guaranteed a pick
and the remaining 10 are spares in the event someone passes.

Posting all the winners gives people an opportunity to check and then continue with their life without
having to check into OPE every 10 minutes to see who won or if they won.

It also gives friends of winners a chance to contact the winners and direct to claim their prize.

Posting 15 names, waiting for them to check in and claim, then starting that process all over again,
drags it out.

If I can bore the jug on my lathe, it's gonna be a breeze.
That's what I would try first.
Lathe would be my first choice.
Boring head on the mill would do it, just not sure it would hold tolerance at 80 mm

Engine is plated bore, and piston is NLA. Also, 80mm rings to run in a plated bore are impossible to find. So, a liner, and an Odyssey piston with a spacer under the jug is supposed to work.
