Shoveled a mountain of gooberment paper work and then went out to my parents house on the way home to test my new saw out some more.

Cut a locust down last year due to it starting to make big nasty thorns. The locust next to it made thorns this year...

So down it comes before its allowed to get all covered in thorns. Base was about 30in diameter.

Should be good firewood, and the saw did great! Think it needs a little more fuel at idle. Sometimes dies if you let off the trigger after long hard cuts. Little tuning and a MM and it should be a good runner!
I have one of those nasty bastards in my yard that's coming down soon. Those thorns are wicked.

Took the family fishing where we used to go with my dad. Brings back some good memories. Then went and picked up a new to me toy.

Its a four stroke. Not shure if ther any good. Will put new fuel lines on it tomorrow if i get time and see if itll fire up.

I have a 4 cycle Cub Cadet trimmer that was given to me. It was a couple of years old and just needed a new trigger. Cost me $1.68 for the part, used it today for about 30 minutes trimming around my house.

Runs well, tends to be a bit cold natured on start up. I like the fact it uses straight gas, I take it with me when I go back to VA and cut my grass at my place, no need to take a jug of mix.

My oldest and youngest are both sick, so I helped out around the house most of the day. I did sneak to the basement and fixed plus half ported my moms leaf blower. Then I took a look at my FS120.

Resticked my splitter. See if wood lasts longer than fiberglass.

Gave the head a good polish too after its stint in the fire.

Pretty cool,I know where there are a couple of those trucks.
Regular power brake booster on a single circuit brake system . First time I've seen that. Used to seeing hydrovacs.

Worked on the atv brakes all darn morning. A hour job turned into about three hours. Few years back i had a caliper bolt come loose on the rear brake and kicked out and cracked the aluminum rim. Didnt notice it bent the slide on tje caliper. I got it kind of strait and had to take a little off it to get it to slide freely but i got er. What a pain in the rear. Mabe next set of brakes ill order a new caliper too. that wont be for a few years though. Just gotta put the valiper back on and bleed the brakes. Will have to wait till tomorrow. Gotta get ready for work. Dam work always gets in the way lol
