Not long , a smoke box in ur grill works fine like 20 to 30 minutes, depending on temperature,

Buried in an fire pit ember/ash mix it takes a cob 10-15 minutes, depending on ember to ash content.

i just lay them on the grill and cook them kind of slow until they are almost on fire. they come out slightly blackend all over but not over cooked. so good

I ordered parts for a Honda mini-tiller that someone put an aftermarket fuel system on.
Rebuilt the fuel system on a crumby little Poulan saw.
Replaced the leaking axle shaft seal on a Ferris 3200 mower and did some welding on the deck.
Took care of a bunch of customers and answered a bunch of phone calls.
Worked at porting a saw.
Did a bunch of other stuff that gets muddled together during a high-stress day.

I still need to look over a new microscope I received today. It doesn't have eyepieces; rather, it has a spinning plate of some sort with lots of little lenses a little like a fly eye that projects the image on to a hooded display. They're many thousands new; I was the only bidder on Ebay and got it for 50$ plus shipping.

i dont know what its name is but it is a good knot. you can make multiple wraps with it and put a lot of force against it and still untie the it.

If that last go-through is done using long enough double I can load my full body weight on and still open it single-handedly.
For sure it has a name. The only one I've heard relates it to rissua so not in my vocabulary.

Started going through the 2T Lawnboy that followed me home yesterday.

First item looked at was the carb due to past owner mentioning
that it needed some help.

The governor vane is missing, and the vane's spring was rather stretched.
Corrosion on the fuel barb to the point about half the barb was missing.

Replacement carb in my parts pile RTU even . . .


And I do have a used replacement throttle cable to replace the broken one,
But that's for another day.

Today i changed the fluid, and both the internal and spin on filters of my tranny. Changed the fluid over to a better fluid. that stuff is spendy.

The name of the knot is Buntline Hitch.

Yep. That’s the knot I use as a termination knot on my tree rope. Once cinched down I don’t think I could untie it under load. Maybe if finished with a slip. Great hitch. Almost as easy to untie as a bowline.

I put an O-ring under the valve seat, we'll see if it helps. Bing carburetor
