Ran these 2 jewels a bit today.
Poulan 3300 (18"/54cc I have 3) & Shindaiwa 695 (18"/68cc I have 3).
Just so I could cook some "Baked Beans"!😁
White Oak & Cherry.
I'm all about refining the baked bean recipe...

friend of mine just picked up this Stihl FS45 trimmer for $20 at a yard sale. the guy told him "it wouldn't run so I replaced the carb (chinese close, threw the stock one away) & still wouldn't run"

Had the same problem last year with bad lines on my FS45. The carb on the one I acquired (also at a yard sale) had a high speed jet tip was broken off from likely being turned in to far.

The carb kit I found had adjustable jet carb , the fuel lines, a spark plug and air filter for less than I could get a carb rebuild kit and replacement high speed jet for.

I finished bucking & splitting my neighbors firewood logs (last years agreement).
I already refused two other "calls" to buck logs - "I'm too old for this s#it!"

I’m not as good at freehand milling as those guys in flip flops in the jungle. Making bowl blanks. Etc.

Awkward step out of the log pile to set the saw on the tailgate, over extended and the saw went lean and chain started to run at the saw time.

Yes and they are still chit

I have 5 or 6 of the older ones but not a fan of the newer ones, the spout/lock ring don't fit very good. I started buying the white/clear 5 gallon VP Racing knock offs from Rural King. damn near 1/3 of the price of a No-Spill.
