Hey..... That kinda looks like some of my x rays :BangHead:.... I know what you are going through waiting for the green light from the ortho. Not fond memories. Glad you are ok.

looks like they took a hand full of stuff out of a bolt can and said this should work.

No *s-word, my thoughts exactly. Plus the handyman in me doesn't like that the screws go every which way, seems like at least some of them should be parallel, lol!
I know one thing, I'm damn glad I have insurance, even if it is overpriced O-care. Charges are almost $150K so far!:eyepop:

Carpenter, Wyo.
Boy Wildroamer your pelvis was really busted up bad. You must have been down quite a while with an injury like that. That hurts just looking at it.

It looks like the ball and socket were ok that is good.

Unfortunately no. The ball split in half as it blew out the back of the hip acetabulum. You can see on the left image that when they initially relocated the hip, half the ball was in there backwards. Same age you can see part of the break in the back of the socket. Their zero-to-ten pain scale was a tad low at that point, haha!

No, the hoses have to flex so they're subject to springing leaks. This unit is a 1997 so I change hoses pretty frequently. (there's a lot of them)
I see I've been fighting hoses on a boom mower .... The case skid loaders I'm around put metal on the arms and short flex hoses where they pivot .... Not sure why I was in outer space thinking they used all metal.... I drive one daily and have replaced hoses usually the back ones just behind the cab seems like wrapping them with canvas helps . Yours may be wrapped or may be made different I've only used a couple bobcat skid loaders if that's what we,re talking bout
