I have set up my PS-550 & PS-6100 with un-Vanguarded Archer Fast Filer jig sharpened chains.

I didn't try the PS-550, but the MMWS PS-6100 seems to like the former Vanguard loop.

Caught up on some spring cleaning on my 81fxs. Changed the oil(revtech 20-50/might go back to straight 60 for summer tho) No front brakes? fluid leaked somewhere but no leaks or corrosion spotted? Filled master cylinder up bled the front calipers a few times, seems fine. I'll keep my eyes open for signs of a leak. Washed brake fluid off and called it a day. Shovel head is ready for some action.
YEA SHOVEL HEAD!!!

Cut down, and got a maple split up that was wrapped around another maple in my yard. Saved a log for cookies!.

Gonna get this standing mostly dead one hopefully tomorrow. It's most likely hollow

Took the 460 for a workout in some Aussie hard wood ......

I'd have to guess that's a relative of shag bark hickory. The shaggy bark is similar, the thickness too, the way it peels and the way the grub trails underneath look as well as the wood all looks like hickory.

But the title of one vid says GUMo_O

Yep red gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) I'm in Australia it is one of our good fire woods but it makes better posts . Depending on soil type it will last 50 to 80 years .

The tree behind the saw is a redgum and alive and well they are a smooth bark and an absaloot pleasure to cut green lucky if you sharpen your chain 2 of 3 times a day but when is been dry for 20 odd years (great fire wood then) it is tuff wood then and sharpen your chain up to 10 of more times a day ......

Cut down a dead Ash and a few live medium size Red Maple and some smaller Black Cherry. Had to be careful to land them between the house and the shed.

This is what my day consisted of yesterday. Once grouted, stuff will get moved to the side being tiled now and I will finish the other side. 8”x24.5”The worst part of this deal will be moving the gun safe, then it will not be able to go back to its place for at least a week. Working going through the window at the moment that sucks lol!

We picked this tile up last year for $8.00 a box on clearance at Home Depot, don’t think we have paid full price for a single piece of tile in this house yet, best of all my wife loves it so it was a win win!

Master bath entry. Did the bath tile last year.

Progress as of finishing last bucket of thin set last nite. Its about 25% complete as far as laying the tile.
