Here's another performance aftermarket parts idea - a coil with elongated mounting holes so you can tweak the timing.
I had to elongate the holes on my Stihl 029/390 so I could tweak the timing. It gives me about 4 degrees of timing change. I just set the timing on the coil to full advance and then started trimming the flywheel key. After the third trimming, I felt I had gone too far and moved it back a couple of degrees.
There is a series of Stihl coils that fit everything from the 029 to the 066. I used the 066 coil (Chinese, $20) with the 4 degrees of retard for starting.
