Sounds like a good plan. From my retired side of the fence I'm glad I saved some wear and tear to use in these later years lol Milling as a hobby and inexpensive boards for woodworking later is possible only cause there is energy and unbroken body to call on.This is true, given the oportunity to do something that will be easier on the body for the second half of my non retired so I can enjoy it instead of being like so many crippled and torn up retired firefighters I meet sound appealing to me. I guess life choices have a big part to play in that.... and the schedule can’t really be beat. Pros now cons later. Once again rolls back to life choices. I’ve done both that you mentioned prior to landing here.
