Yep, I've got cinder blocks on top underneath the plywood! I don't know is two is heavy enough or not but I can always get another one of them thar see-ment slabs and put it on top.

It would be better to have the end stickers out closer to the edge. It will be a free for all from the stick out to the edge. And yes, the latex will be better than nothing.

Only reason I follow up with the advice, I spent hours milling and stacking apple trees. I didn’t properly top weight and they went nuts. Wish I would have ratchet strapped them.

I appreciate the advice! I thought maybe the end stickers should be out further but I put them where they are so that they are still directly above the concrete slab they are stacked on top of. If I get another concrete slab, I'll be able to get the end stickers out farther.

I rebuilt/restacked my pile today with another concrete slab and more stickers. I used a straightedge to make aure the concrete slabs were even with each other. I threw the plywood sheet back over top of the whole thing too.

That stack looks nice. Don’t get too worried about weight and strapping. The wood that’s gonna move will - either in drying or later. A piece that drys straight unrestrained won’t move much later on when you make it into something. And a piece that moves a lot in drying can still be used - you cut out the curve, twist or bow and make the parts that will come out of it.
