Are the bars gonna be like Echo where some regions gets better bars than other regions
Only advertised for up to 36"? Did they discontinue their bigger bars? I thought at one point they made up to 6ft. Why does Stihl make a 881, but this is to be Husqy's biggest?
How many trees a year do you guys cut that a 395 or 661 can’t cut?Only advertised for up to 36"? Did they discontinue their bigger bars? I thought at one point they made up to 6ft. Why does Stihl make a 881, but this is to be Husqy's biggest?

I just called my stihl dealer and asked him how many 880s he sold last year - 2.
He lost count of the 271s.
It's not rocket science.
At the shop I worked at, we sold more MS-180s and 290s than any other saw. The BG-55 was our most popular blower. The FS-45 was the most popular trimmer.
I am pretty sure they are going to make the 3120xp xtorq, based off the k1270It wouldn't take much thought to figure out why (if they actually are) not making a replacement model for a 3120xp.
When they are available for purchase.
Can you believe how smart I am ?
Same displacement and hp as the old 3120 chop saw. Probably just a modern version of the 3120k, so it makes sense they’d use it as the base for a modernized 3120 (if it ever comes out)I am pretty sure they are going to make the 3120xp xtorq, based off the k1270![]()

Some very smart people I've met talk to me about chainsaws, and other types of saws, purely based on the bar length. When I first started using my "Farm Tough" Husky 460 it was the baddest saw on the planet, till I educated myself on chainsaws (at least a little bit). Now I kind of resent my little boat anchor and wish I knew more about saws when I bought it. Most people don't want to be taught anything, so I could imagine selling saws to be extremely frustrating most of the time.Nine times out of ten when I as a homeowner what size chainsaw they have, it gets referred to by its "blade" size. "I have an 18 incher." The tenth dood will say "it's a FARMBOSS!"

But, but, but I have 57 ported pro saws that I take out and cut a cookie with every few months, I'm not like one of those clueless guys that hardly ever uses his 170.I crack up when the guys on the forum say "homeowner" like they are somehow above that..
1 - you're a homeowner.
2 - you don't kill trees for a living.
3 - go sit down.
Lol.
