1 spent about 3 hours modding a 199 last night, I think I almost have it down, I think I need a 120 throttle rod and spring yet and this 1 should work perfectly, there are plenty of details not currently listed in the 2 threads I have read that would be helpful, but I don't want to explain till I know this one works correctly

Not sure on either yet. My work schedule has become wildly unpredictable, pretty much living a week at a time...sucks.

1 spent about 3 hours modding a 199 last night, I think I almost have it down, I think I need a 120 throttle rod and spring yet and this 1 should work perfectly, there are plenty of details not currently listed in the 2 threads I have read that would be helpful, but I don't want to explain till I know this one works correctly

were you able to get the choke to operate correctly? Seems like the threads I’ve seen leave the choke operation backwards

Got the choke to work correctly, takes a little bit of grinding in the carb, saw will start now but idle, i flushed the carb out and tried new fuel line and filter as well. Might have to keep trying it at a let time, after 6 hrs I need a break from that carb, but on a good note I did find another 87 today at least, now I have a spare.

Looking like a video by Saturday is very probable. I'll be picking up my smalls tomorrow. Hope mine runs as good as the one Joe is getting from you when the trade happens in???... maybe a few weeks with shipping and stuff? Frigin winter came back....AGAIN!!!! Hopefully Joe will have time to finish that 359 for ya
