When doing the cylinder work I like to use a set of builder case.
Stock squish with a .020 metal gasket was .030.
I cut .040 from the cylinder base and .030 from the chamber.

Intake, exhaust and transfers roughed in

Finished ports.
Intake is finshed with 120 grit emery cloth.
Exhaust is finished with 260 grit.
The transfers are finished with multiple shapes diamond burrs.
To do the port bevels I use a 8mm ball shaped diamond burr and some 120 grit emery cloth on my finger.
I hone the cylinder with purple scotch brite to just deglaze it

Now that the cylinder is ported I can gasket match exhaust gasket, heat sheild and muffler.

New oem 046 piston kit and a new oem wrist pin bearing.
Make sure you put the gasket on before you install the piston. The 044 cylinder gasket won't fit over the 046 piston without either scratching up the piston or bending the crap out of the gasket.
Arrow towards the exhaust. Ring pins towards the intake

A little lube on the inside lip of the intake manifold and it will slip right on. Notice the position of the clamp. It's easy to get to the clamp with a screwdriver when it's located like this.

This slick azz @Adirondackstihl designed muffler spacer is awesome!
When installing the muffler it goes heat shield, gasket then muffler.
Before tightening down the screws at the exhaust port it help to line everything up if you loosely put the lower muffler screws in.

First cuts shake down. It's not the best video since the saw is tuned really fat and I'm just using a work chain.

I've run a couple tanks of fuel through the saw and everything is working great. I will try to get a better video soon.
