I am wondering about case volume mismatch. Have you considered adding some JB weld to the intake floor? Easily reversible and you have that awesome Dyno.
My bet is that the 272 cylinder can’t fill. Very tight cases need less intake duration.
Have you run other 359 hybrids on the dyno?I may try 1 other carb. But prolly just sell it off and be done with it.
