I don't know how long I'll be able to use my MDG1. Version 2.0 is out and it is only accessible through the dealer portal. It is my understanding that it will need a dealer log in to use. I'm trying to get an answers if the version I have will continue to be supported. As for having the Auto Tune CST It's one of the reasons I still work two days a week at the tree service. They are a Husky dealer.

This falls under the Right to Repair lawsuits I think. It's such a small market in the grand scheme of things, I don't see it getting any traction.
It was great today I got my Saw back from the shop the firmware update must have worked. I got my Saw to fire up on the first pull.
Thank you red light

I back to the 592 has anybody heard of any issues with starting yesterday I went out to start and I pull and pull and pull. I eventually move the spark plug and I put heat do it and eventually it started on two pulls
This is not an every day thing that goes on because the other day it fired up on the first pull .
My downfall is I didn’t stare at the spark plug long enough to see if it was wet or what .

I did see somebody’s quote on the YouTube in the comments. That they may be having some issues that sounds almost exactly like mine maybe. But that’s good that you’re not have any issues with yours

So after today I got it started. It usually has no issues after it’s warm. I went out cut some wood with it got it hot. I had to go and talk to my wife may be for a half hour come back out so stop touching warm had to pull it like 15 times to get it to kick over.

I do not run mine every day I just got it back from the firmware update usually if I’m lucky once a week. I got it in brand new when I first came out I think I had a five hours on it.

Wondering if it’s a coil issue ,or firmware

My 394 had issues starting again after long hot use had to change coil but thats a way different saw .
Most of the time the issue starting is when it’s cold this is the first time I had the issue when it was hot.
Interesting thing is I just ran it again got it real hot remove the spark plug spark plug had more of a brown color to it which is good then black.

If it's new. Take saw to dealer, ask them to repair, replace or trade it in. You need a different or repaired saw. Every brand has that saw being a dud, same with anything mechanical, cars, trucks, appliances and tools.
