I could have cut a port in the 261 muffler but they are a pain to open up and gut. I will post some before and after videos of both saw after I get them installed.

A 261 muffler is a hollow can, there is nothing to gut.

I didn’t know that. I opened my 361 can and it had a ton of junk in it.
