All I know is this is what Husqvarna's parts order website says, numbers 18 and 19 are the two intakes.

One thing I surely don't understand is why on planet Pluton is the partition wall offered as a part to purchase, when there is no way to install it? The intake boot has it trapped. Or... am I missing something?

Doesn’t the rubber come off the metal plate on the cylinder side?

You sure seem to have a hard on for them lately! The cold weather getting to you over there or just old age
I am a big fan of Husqvarna, but they are not what they once were when it comes to delivery and service.
Before they had the updated IPL's, they had a website where customers could browse parts lists......ie, the service is not available since they upgrade to a better system....something they have been with for a good year and are still working on.

One of the interesting things with 550, 560, 562, was the changes they made along the way, there was not much left of the starting point when the series came to an end and mk2 came. It made some sense to see the IPL updates with the notes they had.

Over at yours, 592, 572, 562, especially the two first, available spare parts for the two should be a priority to have available, really a minimum requirement......

I love the innovation of Husqvarna, I still think they are #1, but they have lost what made them so unique, the background service system.
We always used to have so much fun about Stihl, how hard it was to find parts lists etc....now they can soon bully us
