Are both the 394 and 395 stock ?

I don't think the 395 is. I do, however, have a nice unmolested 395 cylinder.

The 395 I was told was worked over...but have not been inside of it to see for myself.

It doesn't feel as fast as the 394's but there always the same when I run them.
The quads are smooth and the duals aren't and that makes the 394 feel and sound faster even if there the same.
394 has a violent feel too it

This is where, for curiosity, I'd like to see dyno graphs. In wood performance and feel is king, I'd just like to see the plots.
I love running his 395's. Last gtg it ripped a 32 b/c a new aszhole. Fooker just wanted to rev like there's no tomorrow.

I always find a 394 just a little stronger than a 395,not much but a little.
