Friends of mine raise goats and sell them to restaurants where they are part of the menu. AlMost all of these restaurants are high end places. They make pretty damn good money at it.

We had coon at the Central VA GTG that Ernie Harris hosted 3 or 4 years ago. Wasn't bad, I would eat it before groundhog.

I thought it was real good. Not the first time I had eaten coon. It was the best though.

I've ate groundhog too.....it's greasy as heck.
