Yes I have
Did you put mix in it, or just pull it back and forth and make rudin' rudin' sounds?

Evidently,
Not only does my newly acquired 394 leak oil like an adolescent Labrador that is teething, it's also in need of new rings. [emoji849]

Because there is no comparison to these 2.

Rudin Rudin sounds. That's all I ever do with any saw.

I haven't ran a stock saw in ages, aren't they slow and boring?
Lookahere Jimbo, when talking about "normal" 90s, we're not talking about no "trees falling when they hear it crank up", 50" cannon slinging 66.

You change gears faster than a rice rocket rider.

I'm slow: I do best with colors and pictures.

I believe a stock 394/5 would be hard to beat with any other stock saw.

My 395 is close to stock and runs very good.

Moobsy builds strong 66s, I know.

Yours looks dang strong: all I can figure is that you got a bunch of BS' sweat, and you are pouring it into the cylinder after you've assembled a newly built saw.

BS' sweat you say?

Yeah, I didn't know it existed either: just like pipe fitter's sweat.

Notice how the Dolmar is in front and the Stihl is just used as an arm rest.

Heath,
Change your hat and coat!!!

Yeah, a Dolmar PS-9010 would do the trick!

Anyone ran one directly against a PS-7900, curious how much more power a PS-9010 boasts - from the operators point of view!
I know how my PS-7900 feels, how much more UMPH does a PS-9010 have?

Specs on paper say (PS-7900 vs. PS-9010):
- 4,6 kW / 4,9 kW
- 6.2 HP / 6.6 HP
- 5,2 Nm / 5,8 Nm

More torque runs a longer bar better, and doesn't have oiling issues (like 6400/7910 series). Ported... They pull like a freight train!

Is there a solution/mod for the 7900 oil pumps.

A 28" bar is about long as I feel safe running it oil wise.

Sent from my non internal combustion device.

Yes. More ramp on the end of the plunger
