Good setupI'm runnin 3/8 on mine too Norm. It has a 37" on it now and it's a bit nose heavy, but not bad.

Did finally get the 2100 going with the help of some friends. I'm liking it so far, it's pretty fun. Here it is with a 32 inch 3/8 full skip.
Go full comp, and fear not....

The 394's and 5's don't know they aren't 100cc'sNot quite 100cc but close enuff dammit! Lol just messin.View attachment 64456
It takes 120cc and a very long bar to be ahead of a 394/5.The 394's and 5's don't know they aren't 100cc's
And are better than most 6 cubes.The 394's and 5's don't know they aren't 100cc's
The 661 is a terrific saw,it will run with the big husky's or close enough you can't feel the difference and they never need tunedI'm a big 394/395 fan. Powerful and tough saws. The husky 2100 is a cool saw I have one but overall I think the 394/395 is a better saw. If I get another stihl it will be a 661 there cool saws too
If you want to run a 36" as fast as possible then the a 394 would be my first choice but to me your splitting hairs on the difference between it and a 661.The 661 is a terrific saw,it will run with the big husky's or close enough you can't feel the difference and they never need tuned
