If husky could put more than a half assed chain tensioner and working brake on a 395 then I'd probably own one by now

Or bits of one anyway

Is the chain brake on a 395 like a 3120, If so it is brutal. I have never
changed a brake band with such a pathetic design. May as well buy
a whole clutch cover assembly.

395 is set up like the 2 series, not sure about a 3120

Agree on the tensioner, wish it was on side. First time you take apart the 395 brake handle it’s gonna be a pain. They are easy after you’ve done one or two.

Do huskys have chain brakes? :sisi1 I think I only remember 1 2xx series saw I had that still had the original chain brake. I even had a 272 the guy cut the mount off with a zizz wheel. He said I was a puss for wanting a chain brake anyway lol.

It’s not that uncommon to see them disabled out here especially if you do a lot of block faces nothing will piss you off faster then having a chain lock up on you.

Yes, an Odd ball. I like the .063 for oiling

3/8 .063 119

Cannon calls that a 37" bar and only make them in Husky mounts. I've seen Total and old SugiHara bars in that drive count as well.

Thanks. I learned something today

Looks like I have a classic in the making.

I gots a Windsor bar that is this same length and DL count too.

I bet that’s 108dl in .404”.

I wish I could adapt it to S1.

I think it is 108 in .404. It would only take a quick jaunt to the mill to blow the slot out for the S1 mount.

I don’t have one of those but I do have about 20- 108dl .404” chain & that’s my pick on a good Ported 066.
