My first professional porting job, ground out the oiler ports on an Oregon bar. LOL Changed an oil pump in a Jonsered, and installed a new fuel line and filter on a Husqvarna 353. They were both gone as fast as I could do 'em, off to cut wood.

Anyone know if there is an after market crank available for a Stihl 021?

Id like to know where the cage went. It was all together untill I pulled the main bearings from the cylinder. Was no cage in sight and no marks or damage where it may have passed through the motor.

Very odd

Yeah a lot of water Vince!, been sitting a long while also.
Wet or oil soaked paper air filters certainly choke things up :)

Ugly. Took it out for one last test drive before boxing it up and sending it off and the idle was wonky. Block off the intake and exhaust, vac test and airleak. Waiting for the dealership to open so I can order/pickup new seals.

You can use the same service cool that is use on the 1120 series on these. It holds the bearings in place and the rod steady. I just had an enquiry on a 010 with the same setup today
