Stihl 362c top cover/ parts number question?

I've got a second model 2019/6 date 362C on the bench and it needs a top cover. I have two options.

1. 1140 080 1636 Which appears to be the correct mtronic top for $52
2. 1140 080 1639 Which appears to be the carbed version with holes for $29

I'd just as soon save 23 bucks for my friend if I'm right and have 3 small holes in the side. Based on the cover condition I don't think he'll mind. I don't have an ipl for this saw. Can anybody confirm this information is correct or toss me an ipl. Thanks.

It also needs a filter base and new filter which I have as.

1140 140 2802 - base
1141 140 4400 - filter

1636 is what I put on my last mtronic 362. This for the round type filter.
2802 is the correct filter base
4400 round filter
