My experience with the hf set was the schrader valve was garbage. Ymmv

Don’t go wasting your money on the HF kit. The Schrader valve is behind the quick coupler. Fricken dumb! I guess off to the lathe to put a Schrader valve in the hose end.

For folks to know, the Echo tool seems good in quality, that particular piece is stamped USA.

So I modified the compression tester adapter so it now has a Schrader valve.

Before, without it's own Schrader it would read 110psi on the 592. Now it reads 130psi, which seems low but it might be legit. I'll have to measure the combustion chamber volume and knowing the trapped volume above the exhaust port I can calculate the ideal compression pressure.

They won’t hardly read at all. I tried one and with no gauge on it I could hardly get it to pop off and let any air out. To get proper readings I stole the valve core from the tester. I ordered 6 low pressure ones.

Echo 91151 comes in the kit DDave sells.
Echo dealer should be able to order individually I would think.

I didn't get the large kit but got the Echo 91147, and so far, I'm really happy with it.

Both are messing with my FastTach, but it seems to be over 13k.

I won’t believe that say rev over 13k.
The manufacturer reduce the max rev for the 90cc saws about 12,5-13 in the past. 13.5 would be really high
