I came across this chain today. Is it worth anything? Or just a regular chain?
Looked to be for about 16" bar. Not sure how to read these codes.

My clutch drum / Super Mac sprocket arrived this week. SM57 is .354 pitch chain. Later on McCulloch identified theirs as 350 or 358 for .354/.050 and .354/.058 respectively. Carlton brand .354 chain was J1 for .050 and J2 for .058.

And FWIW, this clutch drum fits the large frame saws, I guess I could equip an SP125 with .354 chain if I wanted to.

I finally got the 1-75 recoil all back together & working.Getting the pin & rope out of the old drum was a piece of cake, but getting the rope into the new drum - not so much. Then after I got it together, there was a hump in the rope on the drum.I had to unwind the rope to find that it was sticking out of the hole a little too far,so I clipped it back with a scissors & the hump was gone & it retracted fully.
Now it's on to the clutch. If I have time tomorrow I'll try to get to it,iof no time, well I guess I'll have to wait till after I'm healed for a while.Hammering rivets is something I don't want to be doing right after neck surgery.

Guys be careful when dealing with Sugar Creek Supply " Joe Salva" He is
nothing less than a damn thief, I sent him a diaphragm for a mac 99 two
man saw and never got it back. I had previously bought many decal and
carb kits from him on numerous occasions. He wouldn't answer his phone,
Return messages or emails. Totally ignored me. I have no use for a piece of
scum like Joe Salva.

Mods can you please leave this up for a few days before removing. People
need to know about Joe Salva prior to doing biz with him.

Lee,
I wish I had known this about sugar creek supply before doing business with Joe. I emailed him back in June about a carb rebuild kit for my mcCullough 4-30 saw. He is extremely slow at responding and promises he will send items when he never does. I've tried to contact him several times lately with no response. I would like to call him and try to find out what is going on but I don't have his phone number. Presently I have my saw torn apart on my workbench and will be moving to a different residence soon. I've explained this to him with no response. At this point I'm extremely up set with whole situation and warn anyone else about doing business with him. I've even filed a complaint with the BBB.

I had my first n.o.s. Mac parts score! I was at a non-local Ace looking for a carb kit when I noticed a bag with a 10-series fuel line in it. I asked the counter guy if it was genuine or not and he said it was a leftover genuine part from way back when. $9.79 later and it is happily sitting on my desk. I don’t need it yet, but as it cost less than the Proline version I couldn’t pass it up.

A lot of the re-pop ones on Ebay are garbage, so you got a good score there. I've not tried the Proline ones but the off-brand ones shrink after a few days of exposure to fuel and start leaking badly.

The Proline one I tried didn’t really feel like the little flares on the end of the flared portion “locked” it into place, but oem ones could feel the same for all I know.

MFG supply in Wisconsin on occasion lists 10 series fuel lines ,I have no idea where they get this stuff because it varies from time to time . I did however once find a fuel line for a 2100 Husqvarna after I caught the damned thing on fire twice with my half azzed fixes that didn't work . That thing had sat on a barn floor in Washington state so long the fuel line was like Gummy Bears .

Anyone have a good 10 series muffler they wouldn't mind parting with? I have a 2-10 in need of one.....actually it needs an air filter too.
