In short no. It’s a real shame. Engine only has 400 hours on it. There’s good parts there for sure but they won’t get harvested until the engine goes in for rebuild. Then they’ll all get inspected and “overhauled” and tagged OK for service before they can be used .Can he sell some of those parts?
Crankshafts are in very short supply right now. Engine manufacturers won’t sell you parts because they anticipate needing them themselves. They will pay $5k for any engine core to get a shot at the crank. And it may not be serviceable. What a market to have to play in.
