Well that don't help much, I have a shiny new oem top end for a 7300, the 6400 runs so good I can't decide if its worth swapping.

How much of a difference over the 6400 is putting on a 7300 jug and slug?

I really like the 7300 IMO with a 20-24 in bar it will keep right with a 7900. 28" bar the torque of the 7900 cylinder starts to shine. Stock 7310 and stock 7910 with a 24" bar you would haft to get out a stop watch to see the difference.

I should add that's the only one I have built but it turned out nice. The customer loves it. When done I also got away with running shorter blowdown times than the 7910. I'm assuming that has to do with case volume. Hopefully mike Lee and randy have some train of thought on this.
