Thanks for trying to make this work.

Where is Rich? It would be nice to see him posting here.I got my 7910 ported by Randy a little over a year ago and I couldnt be happier with it. When Randy sent it to me I had some busted fingers so while healing I sent the carb off to Poleman.
Never have enoughMarc has more saws?
You gotta be kidding me....
Slightly smaller bore. I thought Carl @Miller Mod Saws said the transfers were also slightly different. They're probably pretty close, power wise.Looking at a new 7310 Dolmar. Obviously my cheap ass can make a good deal. What's the ups and downs of it versus a 7300 or 7900/7910?
I'd like to thank Carl for doing the cylinder in these pics for my Dolkita 7910 and just say that I am extremely happy with it. I'm running a 24" bar on the saw currently and had it buried in 24"+ red oak yesterday several times as well as did quite a bit of noodling quartering up those rounds. I was super impressed with the RPM's the saw ran in the cut, and how well it maintained them when dogged in and levering on it!And some finish pics. This cylinder is at 100/128/81. I agree with rich. With a 24" bar it's hard to tell it and a 7910 apart. You get to the 28" bar you can tell the difference in torque!Slightly smaller bore. I thought Carl @Miller Mod Saws said the transfers were also slightly different. They're probably pretty close, power wise.
Glad you like. Well be waiting on some vids!I'd like to thank Carl for doing the cylinder in these pics for my Dolkita 7910 and just say that I am extremely happy with it. My vote is a Freedom Arms. I've owned an 8" Python.
Plus one. Id like to see some build threads of some saws that have been overlooked and discredited by the "elitist" class. That Echo cs520 you ported for me as my first saw- was a MONSTER! We all know a 550, 562, 372, 390, 440, 461, etc can be made to run. And there have been numerous threads on them in years past, which contributes to them being sought after models for the masses. Id like to see factual unbiased threads on some saws that aren't as popular. A thread is a cheap way for the viewer to get a look at a model and what it is capable of, without bearing the expense of purchasing.
