I didn't want to file it while I was changing things on the saw. Now that it's back to banging the limiter in the wood as soon as you let off I may play around with a chain or 2 on it.

Matt's saw was 95-96 126 81. I cut the chamber and lowered the jug a little and slowed it down with 95 126, 86. I raised the intake back up yesterday. Going to try it today. It was 165-170 on compression before and was a little higher after. I forgot to test it hot. I still need an unlimited coil for it. The ones I have are the round body husky coils that won't work.

Tell me what you got going here. I ordered a couple coils and the coil mod worked well. The makita was already done but they shimed up the coil. And the dolmar the coil wire won't lay under the coil like it did on the 2 I ordered originally! So fill me in on the square body thing?

My dad would use it years ago to pin the ignition switch wires on his Pioneer P-62s. I use it to seal the underside of velocity stack adapters.

The coil I got is one,of the more round coils that won't sit down in there. Same as Matt. Just need to press the winding out I guess.

The Dolmar is the one you ran at wiggs. The makita is one a customer did and couldn't get to run right. He had it off so I rekeyed this flywheel so it can easily be taken on and off!

272 round body coil don't work..
Shape wrong, and lead too short...
Would require grinding away mag to make fit...

After cutting the squish and the base.

The saw won't run with that much squish.

It will just create poor ignition and detonation.

Randy, did you make sure you put a .00012345 taper on it?

Hell ya. They closed the top of mountain at a certain point. Thank god they did, cause I was 5 pints in and told everyone I skied better like that. I fell twice on the bunny hill.
