Does not look like a SP35 tho. It should have the Husqvarna shield on the side. That looks like a H25.

I don't care, I get chains locally only when they are a DL count I don't have a spare of.
To me the so called X-Cut is better than Stihl RS.

For everything else give me any Oregon full chisel, even Vanguard - best chains hands down.

Thats a real x-cut chain, made in Jönköping.

I purchased them all as X-Cut, they got handed to me in X-Cut cardboard boxes!

And I don't care about the names manufacturers make up for their products just to create hype among the sheep.
It is a full chisel chain, nothing special about it, especially once You sharpen it.
If I like a chain once I get to sharpen it I'll buy it, either way I don't give neither a F nor a S what it's called.

I gotta tell You, nothing special about any brand, they all copycat each other products and ideas and then point fingers.

I wonder if they are just directional? On low vibration chains the rear / heel is slightly raised to avoid slamming against the guide bar rails when the cutter first ‘bites’. At 12,000 -14,000 RPM, all those little ‘pings’ add up to a ‘buzz’.

OOB (‘out-of-box’) sharpness is one thing. Some of these newer cutters are shaped by multi-axis grinders that most of us don’t have. I have always assumed that a conventional grinding wheel could be profiled to approximate it.

I know Stihl RSLFK Square uses a blunter grind , and seems the harder tempered cutters hold up better in tougher conditions , than other stock square chain .

i remember those videos now. you posted them before yah? I like square much more than everything else. i would very much like to know how well the angles i use would cut that wood. i am sure it would be smooth just curious how fast it would be.

I have X-cut on my Echo 500P and Oregon 22BPX on my Stihl 261, both semi-chisel. They are both awfully close in design. So far they both seem to cut the same too. X-cut semi-chisel is my favorite chain ever and I have it on the Echo and my Husky 440. I only have 22BPX on the Stihl because I couldn't find an X-cut loop to fit .325-.063-74dl. 22BPX was $15 bux delivered on Fleabay so definitely a good deal.
