Same hereYeah it’s definitely one of my go to Saw now
I'd take your 592xp back to the dealer and demand another one ! I know Rich did a reset on it . I'm sorry you are having problems with your 592xp . I have had no problems with mine . I was up at @Stump Shot place yesterday testing out chains . My 592xp started on the 3rd pull . I mentioned to Steve that you have had problems starting your saw . After running a 395xp he just ported , mine hot started on the first pull . Once again take it back to the dealer you bought it from ! Every manufacturer has lemons . I think you got one .After hearing all the excitement on a 390 that it’s possible get 9 hp out of it. I actually wanna go get it ported and machined. But I need to get my 66 back first and my 592 which is still giving me trouble and get that back
There are some with coil issues going on .I'd take your 592xp back to the dealer and demand another one ! I know Rich did a reset on it . I'm sorry you are having problems with your 592xp . Yeah working on it one more time this time I had it on video of trying to pull it over 20 times did not fire. I put gas in the horn and it fired right up I’m thinking it’s got a carburetor issueI'd take your 592xp back to the dealer and demand another one ! I know Rich did a reset on it . I thought about that too but it has spark and definitely after the last time of me putting fuel right into the horn and firing up it goes from either a coil to the carburetor something in that lineThere are some with coil issues going on .
He should have his dealer put a new coil in then . I know guy's like the 390xp , I've owned one stock and one ported . A ported 592xp has more power and are more comfortable to run than a ported 390xp .There are some with coil issues going on .
If I recall correctly a guy on here was selling one with some problems a few months ago . I think the problem was a defective fuel filter or fuel line .I thought about that too but it has spark and definitely after the last time of me putting fuel right into the horn and firing up it goes from either a coil to the carburetor something in that line
Dropped 4 red oaks today with my 592 that I put back together after taking a hard fall. It's a one pull warm start saw, was going to sell it, nope.I'd take your 592xp back to the dealer and demand another one ! I know Rich did a reset on it . Oh no 390 is good in my heart but that 592 is going nowhere is until we get it fixed or when all options are went out because no matter how you look at it I’m not going to be able to take it back if warranty claims don’t get filed on it and things like that and we exhaust all options .He should have his dealer put a new coil in then . I’m glad that you like it it is a well balanced soul even with a 36 inch bar in there I prefer lightweight bars or reduce weight bars good powerDropped 4 red oaks today with my 592 that I put back together after taking a hard fall. It's a one pull warm start saw, was going to sell it, nope.

You couldn’t say it any betterYour 592 is wearing on me, the power and smoothness of it is quite a combination in deed all while pulling .404 like 3/8ths!
While currently having both 90 and 100cc saws that I can cut anything the forest can grow, I could see myself updating some day in the future, no need to rush as the real need for a big saw is quite small for me these days.
Soon enough that is all that will be available from Husqvarna and the 390/395 debate will fade into obscurity and the 592 will reign as the new King of the woods with an undisputed fervor.
I want one too lolYour 592 is wearing on me, the power and smoothness of it is quite a combination in deed all while pulling .404 like 3/8ths!

The 592 is a big saw and may seem heavy at first but they handle so good and are so dam smooth the weight feeling sure dissipates in a hurry. I can’t say I ever got that feeling running my 2186 or a 395! I’m looking forward to fall and cutting season for me to start running it again.Your 592 is wearing on me, the power and smoothness of it is quite a combination in deed all while pulling .404 like 3/8ths!
