Yeah the coils can be real flaky on those as well. I am not even a Stihl dealer and I keep 10 in stock. . How old is the unit and how much time do you have on it? If it has a lot of time I still recommend a re-seal. Basically every one that comes through the shop needs it.

Its not That old....I can't even remember. lol I'll have to check my records at the shop. Ran fine...no hesitation...always kept it tuned up and fresh gas in the tank. At Minimum once a month startup during winter.

Adam making some chains up I see. Katie was helping me tap the spike mounting hole on the 2165.

Yep he was "spinning" some chains and breaking links. The most fun was smashing stuff out of the scrap bin in the wilton and using my t27 bits to drill holes in stuff with the dewalt.

I let my little guy loose on that junk craftsman I have sitting around... he got one of the allen screws out of the handle with my bosch drill driver and an allen head... he's 2 ....

He stripped a green machine/homie top handle. Then smashed stuff with the vise just to see what happens.

Had this sitting around for over a year, new seals, meteor piston, light port and muffler work chi-com handle bar cover and dawgs,
Couldnt use the full wrap as couldnt find a brake handle,,

I'm kind of glad it was pulled apart now instead of after that come apart. He was having a hard time tuning it. I was using it to port another top end for someone. I guess I'll be installing the Oem top end he cleaned up.
