$3.89/gallon for 87 octane and it's on the other side of the county. In the summer same chain has it closer when they convert the kerosene pump to rec gas.

I have a feeling there is some confusion here regarding ethanol. Heck I live in corn country and sell to the alcohol plants. At the stations that is just 1-3 blends depending on their tanks. We have 10-15 and 85 here as well as blends that do not have any. I run 85 in the vehicles that tale it depending on the price. In OPE I just grab the 87 pump
I refuse to put egas in any of my ope. Corrosion, eats fuel lines, carbs. Eats pistons too.!
My gear never gets drained, lasts forever.

Too much, by my reckoning, but between 2.25-2.50 for 87 non-e. I don't know of any e-free higher octane ratings available near here in Southern KS. Or, I go buy 100ll at about $4.67ish.

$2.20 for 87 non ethanol here.of course last summer my equipment didn't get along with it too well.my mower got way too hot on it.the tank is above ground and i'm thinking that all the good stuff evaporated in the heat.switched to 90 non ethanol and the problems went away.

I don't use it in older OPE but I sure as heck will put it in all the vehicles I own that will burn it. I see no need to pay money to the Arab's when I growcwhat I burn

I said ope... i didnt say anything about automobiles. Ethanol is a big agri scam! Cargill lobbied until they got what they wanted. It takes more fuel to make ethanol than is saved by it. Also epa pushed it for the enviroment aspect, clean burning..
All the extreme fall tillage that the government is subsidising(handing out fuel money) is for diesel powered equiptment. We all know how enviromentally friendly they are.
You should buy E85 everything, thats your living. Its not mine.
I have 2 flexfuel trucks here in the driveway. I wont put that E85 chit in em!

Unfortunately the stations that are listed in my area either sell only 100+octane efree race fuel or are just vp canned fuel distributors. Also at least one of the stations listed has no efree at all, I'm not quite sure why they're even listed on there.

I sure, wish I could just go to a local pump and get some 90 e-free like a lot of you guys. I guess if I wanted to drive 40 miles away to get it I could but thats not happening.

Just how do you come to that conclusion? Extreme fall tillage? Subsidized? Handing out fuel money?

The 3 largest dirt farms in my county received 1.2 million combined in govt fuel payments.
Its information that is available online if you know where to look.
Thats my tax money, paying for ethanol. Im sure you have been allocated funds for "crop expansion."
Thats why all these tree lines are being removed left and right around here.

PREACH and don't forget how much water is used to make it. They wanted to put a plant west of my town thank God it went to vote first.

Oh and 2.71 for 91 efree and 7.78 for 102 with a two-year shelf life

$2.29 for 87, $2.69 for 91

I live in the land of cheap gas, and E-free is readily available. Just got back from Ohio and gas prices weren't even close. $2.15 for diesel here, $2.49 or more everywhere else.
