We've just really gotten tried of working in this small shop. As long as we have more room......we'll be tickled.

We build quite a few engines.

The building has 3/4 Advantec on the floor. Strong.....but brittle. A couple of weeks ago, a three legged engine stand broke thru he floor with a fully dressed Chevrolet 350 on it. That was the reason we added a layer of one inch oak sub floor. Over that, we are using 3/4" tongue and groove white oak.

We made more progress on our bathroom addition to the cabin this week.

The shingles are on and some of the framing is done.

Next, we have to do the plumbing and bring in the shower.

I also plan to re-locate the solar panels over this roof.

I teach at a private school, so I get to put what I want on the walls. We had some large American white pine logs that I milled into thin slabs and put on the one wall of my classroom as decoration.

Cut the 4x4s & 4x8s, the rest was town lumber as per the owner's orders.

Started with trees.



Milled em...




And built it....
