This is some funny reading. I imagine more headache than funny for you guys that have to deal politely with the owners, but for the rest of us this is a hoot.
We've been helping a young man (22) working in our shop with his people skills. He is very polite, yes sir yes mame, but in comes a WTF. He has no filter when talking to the customer about it. He'll call the cust a *pretty boy and tell them 5 reasons why. We're getting him to understand that we won't get repeat business like that.

Secretly we love it because he's telling them exactly what WE wanted to say to them.

Wow that six-month actual six-year carburetor is terrible I've only seen one other one comes up like that in my life seen a lot of white powder and shot but never like that

Yamaha 350 warrior. USC cleaned it right up. New needle and seat, a float bowl gasket and it was good to go.... at least the carb was...
Tank cleaned also, new fuel valve and line completed the fuel delivery issues.

That one went into a pond and was laying on it's right side. Engine was full of water.

Looked it up over 2 million in damage to the building and contents.
