This one was caught in a flood earlier this year. It was about 40 miles from my home. Not only was the tractor submerged but also the precision leveling dirt pan behind it. It is a MX305 with duals on front and rear. BTW, water had gone down about 18-24" when this pic was taken.

Buddy of mine brings this saw over and says, my kid bought this at a garage sale for $50.00, we got it running but it wont idle down, can you fix it? Sure I say, how much do you want to spend? Oh, I don't know, maybe another $50.00? Not even close I say. I still have that saw yet today. Ran with no flocking on the air filter, insides gone.IMG_20160619_104754_303.jpg IMG_20160619_104803_867.jpg

I bought a saw once for a low price, owner said the saw had a broken engine mount. When I got home and investigated it, the guy had filled in the area between the handle and the engine with silicone, must have at least used a tube of it. Took me a long time to scrape all of it out..

Built this Husqvarna 55 a over year ago and my boss bought it for his son to cut firewood so he would not have to borrow his. Yesterday Boss says to me my boy says the chain won't move on that saw. I say to him is the chain brake on, with the reply, NO. So we go over there and take a look at it, the bar nuts were loose but he cover was still on, why, the chain brake was on, of course! Saw literally looks like the day it left my shop, has never cut a stitch of wood. Always have to check the easiest things first, no matter how improbable or ridiculous they may seem.IMG_20150904_165314_911.jpg

Minty.⬆I should have taken a picture of the TS400 that was mailed to me for repair. Completely disassembled in a box. No effort whatsoever at cleaning the machine before taking it apart (split case and all). This is how the "other guy" that works on his stuff operates. Who the hell does that!?!? How hard is it to just blow it down with an air hose? I don't get it...
