Seeing a mouse nest in a small engine isn't new, but I've never seen THIS in a mouse nest!

I was thinking the snake went in following his nose and decided to stick around. The way it was really wove in, using it for the nest itself makes a lot of sense.

Grabbed a HS80 from the scrap yard. I replaced the leaky fuel line and refurbished the carb. Looked at the cylinder through the spark plug hole and it was perfect. Before I fueled it up to tune it I decided to pull the spark screen. I am fairly certain this is why it hit the trash pile.IMG_20160909_224516645_HDR.jpg

My next door neighbor came over with a load of firewood. We were talking and he laughed about a mate of his whose wife brought him the fuel jug to fill the saw. He poured it in through the plastic spout on the jug and started it. Ran then died, and stayed dead.

A few days later he was trying to trouble shoot the saw, found water in the carb and when he poured out the fuel tank - there was heaps of water in the fuel!

He asked his wife about it and she said "there wasn't much fuel in the jug so I thinned it a bit with some water"
