I got some new 14" bars for a couple of my tophandle saws, today.

Started to disassemble a MS-150TC that tried to commit suicide by jumping out of a tree onto concrete. It's in serious condition, but I think it will recover. That one is going to need a new bar, too. :(

Went to the small animal swap with the kids. Brought home a few new pullets.

Finished up an Arctic cat ATV and sent it home. Started working on my project ATV. It's gonna need a lot of work. :(

What's the project??? Inquiring minds would love to know.... resurrecting an old hot-rod wheeler??

Drove my father up to the body shop to pick up his International Scout SSII that he just had restored. It turned out great. It was about an hour ride and it was turning heads the whole way. You could tell most people had no idea what the hell it was.
A lot of memories in that truck. It was his preferred tow vehicle when I was a kid. We would tow the camper down to Va. every summer for vaca. on the chesapeke as well as the almost weekly atv rides in this thing.
I always loved that thing. It was taken off the road 20+ years ago because the body was falling apart. My old man has been talking about doing this for years. Great to see the eyes lite up when he got in. 20160910_122136.jpgScout vs. Stingray light to light.20160910_134925.jpg

Far from it. Bought a 2007 Foreman that someone beat the *s-word out of. Gonna do some top end work and clean it up to flip.

The thing has been put through the mill but it fires right up. Just sounds like someone threw a handful of bolts in the valve train. It's a testament to Honda durability.

A lot of people would just part it out but I'd rather resurrect it.

Here's a crappy picture I took the other night.

Cut, split and stacked some oak over at a friends, ran the piss out of his new 562, sure is a nice saw. Sharpened up some chains for him when I got home. Will be doing the same for me Sunday.
That's the plan for tomorrow morning here as well. The 562 and 372 are locked and loaded.
